Berry Delicious Yogurt Pops
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups low fat Greek yogurt*
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or carton coconut milk for a nut free version)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 T vegetable glycerin, optional but recommended**
  • 1 tsp. glucomannan
  • 6 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is ⅓2 tsp.)
