Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pounds chicken thighs (or legs), skin on, bone in, trimmed of excess fat and excess skin
  • Salt
  • 2 sprigs rosemary (or a generous sprinkling of dried rosemary)
