Ingredients
  • 2 medium salmon fillets or 4 small salmon fillets (Large Salmon fillets will feed 6 to 10)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Herb sprigs (16 to 20) - Use equal amounts of rosemary, thyme and pineapple sage
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) of butter, cut into small chunks (Ghee works very well too)
