Cajun Crawfish Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Crawfish
  • ⅓ cup seafood boil
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 eggs to poach or you can fry it if you choose
  • Bread, biscuit or chaffle of choice
  • Hollandaise sauce of choice
Steps
  1. Make a batch of your favorite hollandaise sauce, set aside
  2. Bring the four cups of water and seasoning to a boil then add crawfish and let it cook for maybe 2 or 3 minutes, and drain.
  3. Poach or fry eggs as desired
  4. Prep bread of choice
  5. Layer...bread, crawfish, eggs, and top with hollandaise.
