Chipotle Pumpkin Black Bean Burgers

  • ½ cup cilantro leaves and stems
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (green, red or both)
