Mom's Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 lbs shredded frozen hash browns
  • ½ cup melted butter or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  •  
  • subheading: Topping:
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • ¼ cup melted butrer
Steps
  1. Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle topping over potatoes.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
