  • 2 egg
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ⅛ onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Fry finely chopped onions and spinach in a small pan, covered
  2. Once the spinach shrinks, add 2 cracked eggs and salt and pepper and cover
  3. Once yolk forms film, flip and remove pan from heat. Wait a minute to let the yolks fry to pan.
