Perfect for lighter salads containing fruit.

Ingredients
  • ¼ c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 T. Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 2 t. Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ t. Sea Salt
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to emulsify. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
  • Pro Tip: Since the dressing will thicken in the refrigerator, when you remove it for use, place the still sealed jar in a bowl of very hot tap water and it will soften and thin out in 2 to 3 minutes. Shake vigorously and it will again emulsify.
