Ingredients
- 6c puree strawberries
- 6c sugar
- 4c fresh lemon juice
Steps
- Heat until you reach 190 but not to a boil stirring constantly. Fill your jars to bottom rim. Water bath 15 min. I canned mine in pint jars. I jar - 3 cups of water. Or 3 cups of ginger ale
Notes
- Makes 6 to 7 pint jars. Can’t be increased. Each batch must be made by itself.
