Strawberry Lemonade Concentrate
Canning recipe
Ingredients
  • 6c puree strawberries
  • 6c sugar
  • 4c fresh lemon juice
Steps
  1. Heat until you reach 190 but not to a boil stirring constantly. Fill your jars to bottom rim.  Water bath 15 min.  I canned mine in pint jars. I jar - 3 cups of water.  Or 3 cups of ginger ale
Notes
  • Makes 6 to 7 pint jars. Can’t be increased. Each batch must be made by itself.
