  • 2 teaspoon samosa masala
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika/ Kashmiri chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro/coriander leaves chopped finely
  • ½ of one Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Ghee if you are vegan use coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon kasturi methi optional
