Vegan Bacon
Ingredients
  • Cook time: 15 min
  • Servings: 2

  • GAME-CHANGING VEGAN BACON!
  • 2 to 3 medium-large carrots
  • parchment paper
  • baking sheet
  • 2 tsp potato starch
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbs tamari
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • a few generous shakes of liquid smoke
  • stir well
Steps
  1. Bake on 350 convection for 8 minutes
  2. FLIP (don't lay completely flat, keep it scruntchy)
  3. ake for other 6 to 8 minutes
  4. Don't worry if it's not crisp on every piece, it will crisp up on the pan after it's been removed from the oven
