Italian parmesan bread
Ingredients
  • 1 lb loaf
  • Italian parmesan
  • ¾ cup milk, 80 to 90f
  • 2 TBS butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh parmesan
  • 2 ⅓ cup bread flour (I used a little extra at a time, till I got the perfect dough ball)
  • 1 tsp bread machine yeast
