Ingredients
- 1 lb loaf
- Italian parmesan
- ¾ cup milk, 80 to 90f
- 2 TBS butter, melted and cooled
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 cup fresh parmesan
- 2 ⅓ cup bread flour (I used a little extra at a time, till I got the perfect dough ball)
- 1 tsp bread machine yeast
