Escabeche De Pollo (Peruvian Pickled Chicken)

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
