Ingredients

  • ½ cup lukewarm water
  • ¾ tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp active dry yeast or instant yeast
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp olive oil, optional
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp + 1½ tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp white miso
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp sweet paprika
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ½ chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  •  
  • subheading: Bean & Corn Salsa:
  • ½ cup black beans
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup jalapenos, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons lime juice
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • salt to taste

  • subheading: Cilantro Lime Crema:
  • 2 tablespoons silken tofu
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Just mayo
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  •  
  • Sliced poblanos for the pizza base.
Steps
  1. subheading: Dough:
  2. I throw all the ingredients into the bread maker and let it knead and rise the dough. The link in the notes will tell you how to make it the "regular way".
  3. subheading: Base Sauce:
  4. Blend everything together. Set aside.
  5. subheading: Bean & Corn Salsa:
  6. Mix everything together. Set aside.
  7. subheading: Cilantro Lime Crema:
  8. Blend everything together. Set aside.
  9. subheading: To Assemble the Pizza:
  10. Stretch the dough on a pan and spread on some of the base sauce. Add slices of poblano. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
  11. When removed from the oven, let sit for a couple of minutes and then slice into 4 pieces.
  12. Top with the salsa and then the crema. Add some extras like cilantro.
