Ginger Garlic Broth with Tender Noodles

  • 2 cups cooked noodles (udon, soba, or rice noodles)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
