Ingredients
- Cabbage 1 head
- Beef chunks 200ish grams? 300 was also good.
- Boullion 1 cube 1 cup (chicken)
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper (powder, whole seeds are annoying)
- Onion powder
- Garlic Powder
- Bay Leaves
- Umami sauce
- Rosemary
- Carolina reaper flakes (maybe skip this and just pour in hot sauce afterwards)
- Nutritional yeast flakes
- Splash of apple cider vinegar

- 30 min high pressure
Notes
- Could do real garlic and onion but it already tastes great so it's probably not necessary.
- Could try 3 layer pork next time. I tried 350g kurobuta pork shoulder chopped into cubes and it was good.
- Maybe could mix in some butter in the end? It's pretty good but not necessary.
- Apparently standard skipperlabskovs just uses salt, pepper, bay leaf? Maybe just do that next time? Some also do chopped chives on top.
