Keto Skipperlabskovs
Ingredients
  • Cabbage 1 head
  • Beef chunks 200ish grams? 300 was also good.
  • Boullion 1 cube 1 cup (chicken)
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper (powder, whole seeds are annoying)
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Bay Leaves
  • Umami sauce
  • Rosemary
  • Carolina reaper flakes (maybe skip this and just pour in hot sauce afterwards)
  • Nutritional yeast flakes
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar
Steps
  1. 30 min high pressure
Notes
  • Could do real garlic and onion but it already tastes great so it's probably not necessary.
  • Could try 3 layer pork next time. I tried 350g kurobuta pork shoulder chopped into cubes and it was good.
  • Maybe could mix in some butter in the end? It's pretty good but not necessary.
  • Apparently standard skipperlabskovs just uses salt, pepper, bay leaf? Maybe just do that next time? Some also do chopped chives on top.
