Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4 (4", 6 oz) salmon filets
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. 1. Brush the salmon filets with oil then top with the lemon juice, dill weed and salt.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup water to the instant pot and place the steam rack inside. Place the salmon filets on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
  3. 3. Press the manual or pressure cook button and adjust the time to 3 minutes.
  4. 4 When the timer beeps, quick release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid. Serve immedieately
