Ingredients

  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2½ tsp smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1.500 g canola oil
  • 6 potato hamburger buns, toasted, for serving

  • 6 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • Kosher dill pickles, thinly sliced, for serving
