  • ½ frozen banana

  • 2 Tablespoons JOI milk concentrate (cashew, almond or hemp)
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, agave or honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: cashews, flax seeds, dairy-free chocolate chunks
