Steps
  1. Put eggs (any amount) in a steamer basket straight from the fridge.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups of water to your pressure cooker (like Instant Pot or Crock-Pot Exress).
  3. Place basket in pot to keep eggs above the water.
  4. Set cooker to Steam 4 minutes.
  5. Quick release when done.
  6. Cold-shock eggs under water.
