- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 ⅓ cups flour
- ½ Tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- optional: 1 ½ cups chopped nuts
