Blackstone Fried Rice
Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast (cubed), steak (cubed) or shrimp
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 4 cups cooked rice (white or brown rice)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons Optional: fermented black bean sauce highly recommended for flavor and spice
  • 1 tablespoon Optional: chili oil or chili crunch
