2 garlic cloves, crushed

1½ cups Arborio Rice

½ cup dry white wine

3½ cups chicken stock, hot

200g streaky bacon (or cooked & peeled prawns)

1 cup grated parmesan

1 cup frozen peas

40g butter

60g rocket
