Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • crushed Oreos for topping
  • muffin tin liners
Steps
  1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
  2. Line a 12 muffin tin with paper liners and place a cookie at the bottom of each liner.
  3. Pour cream cheese mixture on top, and finish off with crumbled Oreos.
  4. Bake at 275° For 22 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate in the muffin tin for t least 3 hours. Remove from tin upon serving.
