  • 1 cup ( 130g) powdered sugar
  • ½ cup ( 40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ( 120g) full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
  • chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or flaky sea salt (optional - for decorating)
