Ingredients
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • 1 large  strawberry banana Jell-O
  • 1 large package frozen strawberries
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
Steps
  1. Dissolve Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Add frozen strawberries slightly defrosted, bananas, and pecans.
  3. Stir and divide into two bowls. Set in freezer for about 40 minutes.
  4. Stir. Spray mold with Pam.
  5. Poor half mixture into mold.
  6. Add sour cream over the mixture.
  7. Add remaining mixture over sour cream.
  8. Let set an a refrigerator cover for a couple of hours or until completely set.
