  • ½ tsp xanthan gum
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp liquid stevia extract
  • subheading: FILLING:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp unsulphered molasses
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 oz 85 or 90% cacao chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, lightly toasted
