PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  •  
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese - separated into 2 separated ½ cup's
  •  
  • ½ cup Asiago (if desired - it adds brilliant flavor)
  •  
  • 2 eggs
  •  
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  •  
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  •  
  • 3 garlic cloves - minced
  •  
  • ¼th cup tomato sauce or Mariana
Steps
  1. 1. Prep oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Mix Parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, Asiago, eggs & Italian seasoning/garlic powder and minced garlic together
  3. 3. Lay tinfoil or parchment in 9x5 baking dish and spray it.
  4. 4. Pour mixture into dish and flatten to ½ inch.
  5. 5. Cook for 20 mins
  6. 6. Take out of the oven and turn the temp up to 400.
  7. 7. Spread Mariana on top and then sprinkle rest of mozzarella on top. (This is where you could add other toppings as well!)
  8. 8. Cook for 8 more mins.
  9. 9. For bubbly top - broil at 500 for 2 minutes after the 8 minutes are up..
  10. 9. Let sit out of oven for 5 mins - as this allows it to "harden" and allows the slices to be picked up without falling apart. (NOTE - Longer it stands the more it stiffens up)
