Ingredients
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese - separated into 2 separated ½ cup's
- ½ cup Asiago (if desired - it adds brilliant flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 to 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 garlic cloves - minced
- ¼th cup tomato sauce or Mariana
Steps
- 1. Prep oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix Parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, Asiago, eggs & Italian seasoning/garlic powder and minced garlic together
- 3. Lay tinfoil or parchment in 9x5 baking dish and spray it.
- 4. Pour mixture into dish and flatten to ½ inch.
- 5. Cook for 20 mins
- 6. Take out of the oven and turn the temp up to 400.
- 7. Spread Mariana on top and then sprinkle rest of mozzarella on top. (This is where you could add other toppings as well!)
- 8. Cook for 8 more mins.
- 9. For bubbly top - broil at 500 for 2 minutes after the 8 minutes are up..
- 9. Let sit out of oven for 5 mins - as this allows it to "harden" and allows the slices to be picked up without falling apart. (NOTE - Longer it stands the more it stiffens up)
