Ingredients
  • Canadian bacon - 1 slice per
  • English muffin
  • Butter
  • Egg
  • White vinegar
  • Hollandaise sauce
  • Essence spice mix
Steps
  1. Heat Canadian bacon in the oven, toaster or frying pan until warmed through.
  2. Toast English muffin and butter.
  3. Poach eggs about 4 min. in boiling water with a tsp of white vinegar (slide egg in slowly from a bowl).
  4. Top with Hollandaise sauce and a pinch of Essence.
