Peanut Butter Oatmeal Latte Shake
Ingredients
  • ¾ to 1 cup milk
  • 3 pitted dates
  • ½ cup sliced bananas, ideally frozen
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 rounded tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds and/or ground flax seed (optional)
  • sea salt
  • 2 to 3 shots espresso (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
