Lasagna (with Egglife "Noodles")
  • 16 oz ground pork or ground beef
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Egglife Wraps (depends on size and layers)
  • 10 oz ricotta cheese or mixture of ricotta and cottage cheese
  • mozzarella cheese shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add meat or use leftovers to pan and add marinara. Season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer into a small casserole dish: wrap, ricotta, meat, ....ending with another wrap
  4. Add a couple tbsp of marinara and top with mozzarella
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Broil uncovered for about 10 minutes to brown the top.
