Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water by Rich Lum

Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 12 to 15 chili peppers (some use 30 to 45)
- 1teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt
- ΒΌ cup white vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic pressed
Steps
- Chop chili peppers and add to the pot with all of the other ingredients
- Close and seal your Instant Pot
- Set your pot to Manual 30 minutes
- Allow for a full NPR
- Cool completely before bottling
- Add a few fresh chilli peppers to each bottle
Notes
- These chili peppers are small but are rated between 100,000 and 200,000 on the heat scale. USE GLOVES
