Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water by Rich Lum
HOT condiment
Ingredients
  • 4 cups of water
  • 12 to 15 chili peppers (some use 30 to 45)
  • 1teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt
  • ΒΌ cup white vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed
Steps
  1. Chop chili peppers and add to the pot with all of the other ingredients
  2. Close and seal your Instant Pot
  3. Set your pot to Manual 30 minutes
  4. Allow for a full NPR
  5. Cool completely before bottling
  6. Add a few fresh chilli peppers to each bottle
Notes
  • These chili peppers are small but are rated between 100,000 and 200,000 on the heat scale. USE GLOVES
