Black Bean Chocolate Pudding (vegan) (oil-free) (gluten-free)
Ingredients
  • 1 15oz can reduced sodium black beans
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 small (about 2 oz) cooked potato, peeled or unpeeled, whichever you prefer
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
  1. All ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth
  2. Chill and enjoy
Notes
  • This recipe isn't very sweet. You might want to add sweetener of your choice, to taste.
