Ingredients
  • Nourishing Soup
  • Low sodium chicken broth 1qt box
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup of each chopped veggies below
  • carrots
  • celery
  • cauliflower
  • zucchini
  • radishes
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • season to your taste with turmeric,  paprika, lemon pepper, black pepper, Braggs Sprinkle 24 herb blend, Dash onion and herb blend, Greek seasoning , 4 to 5 cloves garlic minced..
  • Cook till veggies soften, removed 2 cups and puree, then add back to pot.
  • Now add ½ cup rice of your choice
  • 1 can Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed  or other bean of your choice.
  • Cook till rice is done.  Enjoy
