Banana Tahini Coffee Smoothie
This coffee house-inspired smoothie is big on flavor and the perfect jolt of morning energy. Prepping coffee or espresso in multiple servings at the start of the week makes this 10-minute recipe quick and easy. Sweet banana blended with nutty tahini and rich hemp seeds provide plant-based protein, essential minerals, and healthy fats. Ingredients
  • 1 banana (large)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk (plain, unsweetened)
  • 4 ounces coffee (caffeinated or decaffeinated)
  • 2 Tbsps hemp seeds (hulled)
  • ½ cup riced cauliflower (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 ½ tsps ground cinnamon
  • 2 pinches ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • 1 to 2 handfuls ice
