Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) coconut milk ( I use Hawaiian Sun Brand, frozen that you can deforst in your microwave or thaw in refrigerator).
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Few drops red or green food coloring ( I put 3 to 4 drops)
  • Cornstarch
