- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
- 1 can (13.5 oz.) coconut milk ( I use Hawaiian Sun Brand, frozen that you can deforst in your microwave or thaw in refrigerator).
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Few drops red or green food coloring ( I put 3 - 4 drops)
