Ingredients
  • 3 lbs stew beef

  • 2 cups raw riced cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum (optional thickener)
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
