Apple Salsa

Servings: 2 ½ to 3 cups

Servings: 2 1/2-3 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 tart apples (Granny Smith, Gala, etc)
  • 3 Tbs agave nectar or brown rice syrup
  • 2 to 3 Tbs fresh lime juice
  • ½ chopped cilantro
  • ½ chopped walnuts, almonds, or cashew
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
Steps
  1. Core and dice apples, use a food processor if preferred. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Notes
  • Use with veggies, chips or even as a pancake topping.
