Barbara's Goulash!
We triple this recipe to use a 10 lb log of ground beef . Used 1 pint of home canned spicy tomato pasta sauce an two quarts of roasted rustic pasta sauce made with hickory smoked tomatoes
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 pc. yellow onion - chopped
  • 3 T. Worcestershire
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped peppers. Serrano, any bell pepper.For color I used sweet peppers red, yellow and orange.
  • 3 cups tomato sauce or 2 to 3 qts whole peeledtomatoes
  • 1 ½ tsp. chipotle seasoning
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • red pepper flakes or cayenne to taste
  • 2 tsp. drymustard
