  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ⅛ cup diced yellow onion
  • ½ cup chicken bone broth
  • ½ cup unsweetened full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
