Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 2 Flounder filets
- Light Olive Oil
- Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce
- subheading: Chicken and Seafood seasoning:
- Fresh Garlic (I used a garlic press)
- Lime juice
- Parchment paper
- Cotton string (approved for cooking)
Steps
- Dribble olive oil on the fish and spread with pastry brush. Do this on both sides.
- 4 to 5 drops of Lea & Perrins, spread with pastry brush and repeat on other side.
- Sprinkle chicken and seafood seasoning all over filet. Both sides.
- Place filets in parchment paper.
- 1 to 2 (to your taste) fresh garlic cloves, on the top
- Lightly squeeze lime or lemon juice over the fish. (I used lime because I was out of lemon)
- Fold the paper and twist the ends. Use the string to secure the paper enough to keep it from opening while steaming.
- Place the packets on the rack that came with the Instant Pot.
- Turn valve to seal. Use manual button and set for 5 minutes. Quick release after the five minutes; remove the packets to the plates.
Notes
- We opened the parchment paper and let the juice run onto the plate so it would mingle with the jasmine rice.
