  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 TB pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup all purpose flour, scooped and leveled for correct measuring
  • 1 TB fresh lemon zest, from 2 lemons
