Whole-Grain Buckwheat & Chia Bread
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 and 3/4 cup buckwheat groats, soaked in water for 2 hours, then drain & rinsed.
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
