Baked Fish Sticks with Tartar Sauce

  • 1 pound firm white fish fillets, such as cod, scrod, hake, haddock, halibut or tilapia
  • Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for serving (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
