  • ½ cup oil or ghee
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • green chilies , mint, and coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1 tsp saffron dissolved in ½ cup milk.

  • 4 cup long-grain basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ( cinnamon stick 1, 4 cloves, green and black cardamon 4, whole black pepper cone 8 )
