Cafe Rio Sweet Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 lb Pork Roast
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 tsp Chicken Broth Powder
  • 2 tsp Beef Broth Powder
  • 1 Cup Applesauce
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Sweet Spice Blend
Steps
  1. In Pressure Cooker Brown Pork on all sides. Add broth and set to high pressure for 60 to 70 minutes.
  2. Natural release pressure.
  3. When Pork is alsmot done, combine remaining ingredients with electric mixer.
  4. Shred Pork.
  5. Add sauce and mix until combined.
  6. Serve with tortillas and cilantro lime rice.
