Servings: 2 9" pies
Ingredients
  • (2) 9 inch pie shells
  • 1c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1cup light karo syrup
  • 1stick butter softened or melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • ½ tbs flour (mix with pecans)
Steps
  1. Beat eggs then beat in sugar
  2. Next beat in butter, karo syrup and vanilla.
  3. Toss pecans in flour and then mix in last.
  4. Cook at 325 for 45 min. Bake on bottom rack of oven until it barely moves in pan. Not too sloshy but not too firm.
