  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat flour*
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
