  • 1 teaspoon onion powder [5cc]

  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander [2.5cc]
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper [1cc]
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper [1cc]
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamon [1cc]
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin [1cc]
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke [1ml]
  • 1 cup vital wheat gluten [120g]
  • ¾ cup hot water [175ml]
