  • 1 Medjool or 2 regular dates, pitted, finely chopped or 2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla bean powder (see note)
